Installing the Agenda Helper Add-in

First, make sure that your system works with the add-in:

  • Good: Microsoft Office 2010, 2013, 2016 (both 32bit and 64bit)
  • Not workable:  Mac, Cloud

Step by step

  1. Download the file AgendaHelper.ppam to your computer
  2. Copy AgendaHelper.ppam with a right-click on the mouse (optional: copy both ppam-file and the unzipped folder _helper_layouts)

    Now all steps in PowerPoint:
  3. Go to <File><Options> -> a menu appears
  4. Go to <Add-ins><PowerPoint Add-in> -> a menu appears
  5. Click <Add new> -> the add-in folder opens
  6. Paste the ppam-file here  -> <Okay>
  7. Tick the checkbox and <Okay>
