Installing the Agenda Helper Add-in

First, make sure that your system works with the add-in:

  • Supported: Microsoft Office 2010, 2013, 2016, 2019 (both 32bit and 64bit)
  • Not supported:  Mac, Office-Online / Cloud

Step by step

  1. Download the file AgendaHelper.ppam to your computer
  2. Copy AgendaHelper.ppam with a right-click on the mouse (optional: copy both ppam-file and the unzipped folder _helper_layouts)

    Now all steps in PowerPoint:
  3. Go to <File><Options> -> a menu appears
  4. Go to <Add-ins><PowerPoint Add-in> -> a menu appears
  5.  Next to the Manage: label, select PowerPoint Add-ins then select Go
  6. Click <Add new> -> the add-in folder opens
  7. Paste the ppam-file here  -> <Okay>
  8. Tick the checkbox and <Okay>
  9. If prompted, click Enable macros
  10. Click Close 

You will now see a new “Planning Helpers” menu item in your PowerPoint ribbon menu indicating a successful install.
