Storing and retrieving favorite layouts

The Agenda Helper allows you to store your favorite agenda layouts into a dedicated folder where they are available for being imported at the click of the mouse.

To open the folder with your favorite layouts, click Open layout folder .

Note: If this folder doesn't exist, the tool will prompt you to create it.

The default location is in your computer's add-in folder. (see FAQ Where is my add-in folder?)

Here, you can save the layout example files which were provided for download, along with the Agenda Helper add-in files.

Once the folder is created, it will automatically open the next time you click Import an agenda layout on the ribbon menu.

Applying your favorite layouts to new presentations is now quick and easy.
